Transfers!

Hey everyone! This has been another great week here in the Utah Mission! We had transfers Wednesday so I lost Elder Cerdas. He shipped out to Wyoming which is super fun for him. Sad goodbye but we had a fun time although it was short. I got my new comp from Alaska!! He is coming from Mexico City Mission so he's fluent in Spanish so that's AWESOME!! We have alot of Spanish people around here so it's a good time it's so cool that he still gets to speak his language. It's gonna be a bumpin transfer here in Rose Park. So to start it off we got 45 new missionaries then every 3 weeks we are gonna get 20 new missionaries till we get up to 300 ish missionaries. CRAZY!!

 

 

Learned to solve another rubix cube that was awesome. We had lots of fun this week with introducing Elder Scott to members and getting to know all the new missionaries in the zone. Nothing really crazy happened other than transferring this week. Weve just been teaching and busy with moving people around. But man we got some sick missionaries here it's awesome. Life is good though I'm happy and loving the mission. There a new fire with all the new missionaries coming in so I'm pumped!! We also went on hike today and that was awesome. We are just loving the outdoors it was sick. Stay safe!!

Scavenger Hunt

This was another great week here in Kemmerer Wyoming! We've been real busy all week. Tina is on date for this Saturday and man we are super excited. We spent some good time teaching and talking with her this week. She's way excited to which is super cool. It'll be a great week getting all that organized and ready. So that'll be keeping us busy this week.     We had a really cool activity on Wednesday with the youth! We all did a big service scavenger hunt around the area. It was lots of fun. We got to know more of the people around and just help people out. We even got to know some of the youth which was great.      We really are trying to work with them and help them prepare for missions! Let's see we also had some really good lessons with Diana. What A Week!

It was Christmas of course and I hope you all had a great Christmas I know j did(: The calls home were good and also all your Christmas greetings were greatly appreciated thank you(:     We had all our appointments fall through on the night of Christmas which I mean hey to be expected I guess. No worries there though we kept on working and are seeing the blessings there from that. We had to push our baptisms from last Saturday to this Saturday since there was lots of stress and such happening in the family. We want their baptism to be a stress free and good experience so we are excited for them this week.     We also picked up a new person who us really progressing. Its actually Yedis friend!! Yedi our recent convert has been telling is good friend about this amazing gospel. We went over to teach her and she is so amazing. Her name is Joslyn and she is so ready. She is very receptive to our lessons and is on date for baptism on the 26th of January!! We are so excited...

Quarantine Life

Hey Everyone hope you're staying safe and healthy! This virus certainly has taken the world by surprise but have no fear The Prophet of God is here!!     I love President Russell M. Nelson he is truly our Prophet here on the earth. This past week we had the amazing opportunity to hear from him and many other of the apostles of the church in General Conference. It was amazing we got to learn alot about the Restoration of the Gospel. Being the bicentennial of Joseph Smiths First Vision and really the Church being restored on the earth!
