Week...Way Too Many

Hey so we got another week down here in quarantine. Funny enough the seem to go by pretty quick. I guess? Regardless we keep busy which is really nice. I'm just getting done with sitting inside all day. Especially when it's gorgeous out there. Like shorts and a T-shirt weather...(sorry all y'all Albertins, stay warm out there)

 

 

But this week was fun we had lots of meetings. Man all I feel like I do is meetings even while I'm just in my apartment. Isn't that funny? That's like the first thing I can think of when I write these emails. MEETINGS! That's boring and lame... Ooops. But lemme think of some highlights.

 

 

So I've been cooking alot more so I got lots of pictures of food, sorry if your hungry... Made Lentil soup, chicken nuggets some good stuff. More meals to come this week. Then I got a fun package from my last companion. I got him hooked on Rubik's cubes SO he got some wild ones that's I've been trying to solve. That's been entertaining for sure. They're hard, so that's a challenge. But other that that we just been calling people out here and learning as we go. It's been fun! Yay for quarantined missionary work!!

Scavenger Hunt

This was another great week here in Kemmerer Wyoming! We've been real busy all week. Tina is on date for this Saturday and man we are super excited. We spent some good time teaching and talking with her this week. She's way excited to which is super cool. It'll be a great week getting all that organized and ready. So that'll be keeping us busy this week.     We had a really cool activity on Wednesday with the youth! We all did a big service scavenger hunt around the area. It was lots of fun. We got to know more of the people around and just help people out. We even got to know some of the youth which was great.      We really are trying to work with them and help them prepare for missions! Let's see we also had some really good lessons with Diana. She is doing amazing. She really has just grown to love the Gospel and she is super ready for the 24th! We even have started to teach her Granddaughter who is interested in learning more. What A Week!

It was Christmas of course and I hope you all had a great Christmas I know j did(: The calls home were good and also all your Christmas greetings were greatly appreciated thank you(:     We had all our appointments fall through on the night of Christmas which I mean hey to be expected I guess. No worries there though we kept on working and are seeing the blessings there from that. We had to push our baptisms from last Saturday to this Saturday since there was lots of stress and such happening in the family. We want their baptism to be a stress free and good experience so we are excited for them this week.     We also picked up a new person who us really progressing. Its actually Yedis friend!! Yedi our recent convert has been telling is good friend about this amazing gospel. We went over to teach her and she is so amazing. Her name is Joslyn and she is so ready. She is very receptive to our lessons and is on date for baptism on the 26th of January!! We are so excited...

Quarantine Life

Hey Everyone hope you're staying safe and healthy! This virus certainly has taken the world by surprise but have no fear The Prophet of God is here!!     I love President Russell M. Nelson he is truly our Prophet here on the earth. This past week we had the amazing opportunity to hear from him and many other of the apostles of the church in General Conference. It was amazing we got to learn alot about the Restoration of the Gospel. Being the bicentennial of Joseph Smiths First Vision and really the Church being restored on the earth!
