Lightning Fast

Hey everyone!

 

 

This week blew by, like Woah... Probably said that before but hey there seems to be a trend there. Or I just kepe saying the same thing over and over. Up to you.

 

 

This week was eventful we had alot happen all at once really. We had exchanges, zone conference and interviews. So yea that really was the week. Zone conference was Wednesday and it was pretty good. Early but we learned alot. We've been learning more about how we can better find people to. Teach so that was the focus of the meeting. Did really get to see anyone other than the zone so that sucked.

 

 

Interviews are always great because we get to chat about the people we are working with and how we can improve. So it was nice to see president. He's been out on his mission for a while now. I still remember when he first came in.

 

 

Exchanges like blew by. I stayed in my area but man it was a good time. We just got to work and it was fun! Saturday Sunday were just getting down and working hard. We had alot of dinner appointments with the people we are teaching it was super fun. We got to know them in a different way you could say and they were able to serve us. We are some pretty good food.

 

 

Saturday was also cool because it was my companions birthday. Yea he's a leap year baby. So we went out for lunch and had a good time. It was a good time honestly mission birthdays are always fun. But overall the work is happening. We are still going through everyone and seeing if they are really interested in the gospel. Really just getting the members involved as well. Just trucking along. Scavenger Hunt

This was another great week here in Kemmerer Wyoming! We've been real busy all week. Tina is on date for this Saturday and man we are super excited. We spent some good time teaching and talking with her this week. She's way excited to which is super cool. It'll be a great week getting all that organized and ready. So that'll be keeping us busy this week.     We had a really cool activity on Wednesday with the youth! We all did a big service scavenger hunt around the area. It was lots of fun. We got to know more of the people around and just help people out. We even got to know some of the youth which was great.      We really are trying to work with them and help them prepare for missions! Let's see we also had some really good lessons with Diana. What A Week!

It was Christmas of course and I hope you all had a great Christmas I know j did(: The calls home were good and also all your Christmas greetings were greatly appreciated thank you(:     We had all our appointments fall through on the night of Christmas which I mean hey to be expected I guess. No worries there though we kept on working and are seeing the blessings there from that. We had to push our baptisms from last Saturday to this Saturday since there was lots of stress and such happening in the family. We want their baptism to be a stress free and good experience so we are excited for them this week.     We also picked up a new person who us really progressing. Its actually Yedis friend!! Yedi our recent convert has been telling is good friend about this amazing gospel. We went over to teach her and she is so amazing. Her name is Joslyn and she is so ready. She is very receptive to our lessons and is on date for baptism on the 26th of January!! We are so excited...

Quarantine Life

Hey Everyone hope you're staying safe and healthy! This virus certainly has taken the world by surprise but have no fear The Prophet of God is here!!     I love President Russell M. Nelson he is truly our Prophet here on the earth. This past week we had the amazing opportunity to hear from him and many other of the apostles of the church in General Conference. It was amazing we got to learn alot about the Restoration of the Gospel. Being the bicentennial of Joseph Smiths First Vision and really the Church being restored on the earth!
