Snow Week

Hello hello!

 

 

It's been a good week kind of a funky one but we made it through it. Let see what we're some highlights of the week!

 

 

We got to go to the temple which was great, we went down to Jordan river and yea it was fun. A mid week road trip really. That was pretty much our day honestly cause we had a bunch of planning and stuff so that was out Thursday. Friday was chill because we had some district meetings and things. That was fun. Got to be with other missionaries.

 

 

Saturday was cool we went up and did a mini exchange with some elders. So we were up downtown for a while and got to help them out. We just are really trying to help out the people in the areas. It was good though lots of people were out and about so we got to talk to alot of people then. This week has been Wierd it was way snowy and cold at the start now all the snow is gone its wild. Not like home. Usally it sticks around eh? Haha but yea life here is good. I'm just plugging along. We got a bunch of meetings this week which will be fun and not so fun... Lots of sitting and listening and planning really.

 

 

The transfer is almost over which is absolutely crazy, so next week we will have some changes possibly. I think I'll be sticking around with my Canadian comp though. Fingers crossed. We are working hard and trying to find the elect! Have a good week!

Scavenger Hunt

This was another great week here in Kemmerer Wyoming! We've been real busy all week. Tina is on date for this Saturday and man we are super excited. We spent some good time teaching and talking with her this week. She's way excited to which is super cool. It'll be a great week getting all that organized and ready. So that'll be keeping us busy this week.     We had a really cool activity on Wednesday with the youth! We all did a big service scavenger hunt around the area. It was lots of fun. We got to know more of the people around and just help people out. We even got to know some of the youth which was great.      We really are trying to work with them and help them prepare for missions! Let's see we also had some really good lessons with Diana. She is doing amazing. She really has just grown to love the Gospel and she is super ready for the 24th! We even have started to teach her Granddaughter who is interested in learning more. What A Week!

It was Christmas of course and I hope you all had a great Christmas I know j did(: The calls home were good and also all your Christmas greetings were greatly appreciated thank you(:     We had all our appointments fall through on the night of Christmas which I mean hey to be expected I guess. No worries there though we kept on working and are seeing the blessings there from that. We had to push our baptisms from last Saturday to this Saturday since there was lots of stress and such happening in the family. We want their baptism to be a stress free and good experience so we are excited for them this week.     We also picked up a new person who us really progressing. Its actually Yedis friend!! Yedi our recent convert has been telling is good friend about this amazing gospel. We went over to teach her and she is so amazing. Her name is Joslyn and she is so ready. She is very receptive to our lessons and is on date for baptism on the 26th of January!! We are so excited...

Quarantine Life

Hey Everyone hope you're staying safe and healthy! This virus certainly has taken the world by surprise but have no fear The Prophet of God is here!!     I love President Russell M. Nelson he is truly our Prophet here on the earth. This past week we had the amazing opportunity to hear from him and many other of the apostles of the church in General Conference. It was amazing we got to learn alot about the Restoration of the Gospel. Being the bicentennial of Joseph Smiths First Vision and really the Church being restored on the earth!
