Another Transfer

Man... These past 6 weeks went by So fast. Like that was rediclous. We had lots going on for sure. But just like usual I don't remember any of it... But I'll try my best!

 

 

We have seen some pretty amazing miracles with the people we are working with so that's amazing! We put both Tayshara and Nathaniel on date for baptism on December 21st. We had a super amazing lesson with them. Like man the spirit was So strong. It is like hard to explain the feelings other than joy and peace! So that was special. Then we were able to really help out Desiree this week. That was nice. She is so ready for baptism its crazy. Like she just soaks the gospel up like a sponge it's so cool.

 

 

So we had lots of good teaching this past week. Today is transfers which is sad. We are getting alot of new missionaries in the zone so I'll get to know some different faces which is nice. Some hard goodbyes though.

 

 

Funny story of the week is this...

 

 

We went and helped out some missionaries in thier area. So we were working and trying to find the young single adults. This one door answered and it was some young girl with a beer in her hand. Little did we know her friend recorded the whole thing and out it in snap chat. So we go on with our day and the time comes where we have to leave. So we go to talk to this one last person and she was like hey you're the missionaries I saw on snapchat... Then she showed us the story and took a picture of us. Hilarious right? I thought it was pretty good. Guess we are famous now

 

 

But I look forward to another good transfer. It'll be great!

Scavenger Hunt

This was another great week here in Kemmerer Wyoming! We've been real busy all week. Tina is on date for this Saturday and man we are super excited. We spent some good time teaching and talking with her this week. She's way excited to which is super cool. It'll be a great week getting all that organized and ready. So that'll be keeping us busy this week.     We had a really cool activity on Wednesday with the youth! We all did a big service scavenger hunt around the area. It was lots of fun. We got to know more of the people around and just help people out. We even got to know some of the youth which was great.      We really are trying to work with them and help them prepare for missions! Let's see we also had some really good lessons with Diana. She is doing amazing. She really has just grown to love the Gospel and she is super ready for the 24th! We even have started to teach her Granddaughter who is interested in learning more. What A Week!

It was Christmas of course and I hope you all had a great Christmas I know j did(: The calls home were good and also all your Christmas greetings were greatly appreciated thank you(:     We had all our appointments fall through on the night of Christmas which I mean hey to be expected I guess. No worries there though we kept on working and are seeing the blessings there from that. We had to push our baptisms from last Saturday to this Saturday since there was lots of stress and such happening in the family. We want their baptism to be a stress free and good experience so we are excited for them this week.     We also picked up a new person who us really progressing. Its actually Yedis friend!! Yedi our recent convert has been telling is good friend about this amazing gospel. We went over to teach her and she is so amazing. Her name is Joslyn and she is so ready. She is very receptive to our lessons and is on date for baptism on the 26th of January!! We are so excited...

Quarantine Life

Hey Everyone hope you're staying safe and healthy! This virus certainly has taken the world by surprise but have no fear The Prophet of God is here!!     I love President Russell M. Nelson he is truly our Prophet here on the earth. This past week we had the amazing opportunity to hear from him and many other of the apostles of the church in General Conference. It was amazing we got to learn alot about the Restoration of the Gospel. Being the bicentennial of Joseph Smiths First Vision and really the Church being restored on the earth!
