Lots Of Goodbyes

This has been another great week! Went by really fast and truthfuly I am sitting here trying to remember what happened. So I am gon a try my best and remember what happened.

 

 

So Tuesday, Wednesday are just too far away and I don't remember anything that happened... But highlights from then on I do(: Umm Thursday was way cool. We traveled to Lyman. The sister got took out of the area for some reasons so because I am the district leader we went to visit the people there. Met some awesome people. It was fun!

 

 

Friday was crazy cause we had multi district council. So lots of driving but it was good. The elders in Pinedale came down and we got to spend a night with them. That was great! But this multi was sad because my first zone leader and one of the elders I got close with is going home and this was the last time I got to see him before he leaves. AH! so that was sad. Lots of last kinda of things happened because I got news that I am getting transferred, sad days.. Yea so lots of goodbyes lately. Friday Saturday was full of them because we were in Randolph. Last trip out there. Just lots goodbyes. So that was those few days. Then Saturday was busy we had a baptism of an 8 year old we were working with. That was so cool.

 

 

Sunday was full of lots of great stuff too. We had a sister come to church finally. She's a member but hadn't come in a while. we have been meeting with her ns dhse finally come to church. That was great because all the talks were exactly what she needed to hear. Ah the Lords always watching us. So that was great. We had lunch with some members and their non member friend. That was cool just meeting more people. Then today. We have packed, golfed and cried... But litterally but I am inside cause I've been here so long.

 

 

It has been great getting to know these amazing people in Kemmerer they are so loving and caring. But at the same time I am so excited to see what the Lord has in store for me. I'll let you know next week where I end up and who I end up with. Have a great week!!

Scavenger Hunt

This was another great week here in Kemmerer Wyoming! We've been real busy all week. Tina is on date for this Saturday and man we are super excited. We spent some good time teaching and talking with her this week. She's way excited to which is super cool. It'll be a great week getting all that organized and ready. So that'll be keeping us busy this week.     We had a really cool activity on Wednesday with the youth! We all did a big service scavenger hunt around the area. It was lots of fun. We got to know more of the people around and just help people out. We even got to know some of the youth which was great.      We really are trying to work with them and help them prepare for missions! Let's see we also had some really good lessons with Diana. She is doing amazing. She really has just grown to love the Gospel and she is super ready for the 24th! We even have started to teach her Granddaughter who is interested in learning more. What A Week!

It was Christmas of course and I hope you all had a great Christmas I know j did(: The calls home were good and also all your Christmas greetings were greatly appreciated thank you(:     We had all our appointments fall through on the night of Christmas which I mean hey to be expected I guess. No worries there though we kept on working and are seeing the blessings there from that. We had to push our baptisms from last Saturday to this Saturday since there was lots of stress and such happening in the family. We want their baptism to be a stress free and good experience so we are excited for them this week.     We also picked up a new person who us really progressing. Its actually Yedis friend!! Yedi our recent convert has been telling is good friend about this amazing gospel. We went over to teach her and she is so amazing. Her name is Joslyn and she is so ready. She is very receptive to our lessons and is on date for baptism on the 26th of January!! We are so excited...

Quarantine Life

Hey Everyone hope you're staying safe and healthy! This virus certainly has taken the world by surprise but have no fear The Prophet of God is here!!     I love President Russell M. Nelson he is truly our Prophet here on the earth. This past week we had the amazing opportunity to hear from him and many other of the apostles of the church in General Conference. It was amazing we got to learn alot about the Restoration of the Gospel. Being the bicentennial of Joseph Smiths First Vision and really the Church being restored on the earth!
