Conference Weekend

Another great week has come and gone. For whatever reason this week literally took flight before my eyes... I would say it was as if I was standing on the side of the highway and a car fly's by at 80 mile an hour (sorry I only do miles instead of kilometres)

But in the end it was a great week. We got lots done and had somfe good things happen which is always great. I love being busy! So on Monday we had another crazy miracle. I'm not sure if I mentioned this but it's worth mentioning again. We went to the golf shop in town to get a hat with a logo on it (Yay for stuff) and the lady working there was SO excited to see us. Turns out she's not a member woth lots of questions. She took a book of Mormon and we tried to answer all the questions as best as we could. It caught us both of gaurd but blessings from the Lord.

Tuesday was fun we had lots of our plans fall through but we found lots of other things to do which was nice. It was cool to have everything just 180 flip and still work out. So that was pretty dang cool. The Lords hand truly is always there. So those plans got moved to Wednesday which made it pretty busy. We went out to a tiny town called Opal. We found someone to teach out there. It's an interesting situation but we gave her a blessing and it went good. We actually had a recent convert five the blessing for the first time. That was SO cool to see. He was scared but he did a good job.

This past week we have been teaching Richard quite a bit. He really has been progressing and getting ready for baptism this Saturday Yay! I am pumped! Richard is someone I met when I first got here and have been getting to know him since. He feels ready now for baptisms and I can't wait! He's the coolest. Has alot of stories and stuff so it's always an adventure.

Conference week was this week and man was it great. A little different from last time because we are in Wyoming but we got to be with members and some recent converts. So that was great. As always there are great messages and I learned some great things. So that was really the majority of the weekend. Talked to some people here and there. All in all a good weekend.

Today's also been a blast. We had some elders come down for the day to spend PDay with us so we have been busy doing stuff. Are lunch together, played basketball and Risk! It was a great time for sure. Good way to end off the last full PDay of the transfer.

OH and we had interviews with our mission president. Those went well. Always great to talk with him. Looks like I'll be getting a change of scenery. But it's not official yet. Still work g hard and loving Kemmerer! Have a good week!
