Sable's Baptism

What another great week it has been woah! Best way to describe it.

 

 

So we had a nice first few days of the week. Just the usual missionary work and stuff. Nothing to crazy from what I can remember anyways. Then once we hit Thursday it just kinda zoomed on by for the rest of the week.

 

 

Thursday was wild. Nothing went as planned at all. That was the crazy part. In a good way I guess. Things just started to work out and everything was what it needed to be. We just had alot of spontaneous service. We helped put in a ladies garage door that fell out of the tracks. We helped some sisters in the ward with some things like man it was cool. We just served everyone that day. Then booked it out to Randolph for the night.

 

 

We had some solid lessons on Friday that was great. Elise is still doing good and hanging in there. She's on date and that's exciting. We met a few others out there but man our time is short out there so we just try to make the most of it. There was a baptism for an 8 year old we went to and they invited us to join in the circle. That was way cool.

 

 

Saturday was bomb, sable got baptized hurray!! That was way awesome. It was a great day for her she was so happy. Then we just had a great work day. We met with Richard and he is wanting to get baptized so we set a date with him. That caught us off guard for sure. So we are excited for that. We are working towards the 21st. Sunday was super busy because we had lots of meetings. We met with the stake and presented a new tool to help us work more effectively and work together. That was great. Anyway it had been a great week out here in Kemmerer!

Scavenger Hunt

This was another great week here in Kemmerer Wyoming! We've been real busy all week. Tina is on date for this Saturday and man we are super excited. We spent some good time teaching and talking with her this week. She's way excited to which is super cool. It'll be a great week getting all that organized and ready. So that'll be keeping us busy this week.     We had a really cool activity on Wednesday with the youth! We all did a big service scavenger hunt around the area. It was lots of fun. We got to know more of the people around and just help people out. We even got to know some of the youth which was great.      We really are trying to work with them and help them prepare for missions! Let's see we also had some really good lessons with Diana. She is doing amazing. She really has just grown to love the Gospel and she is super ready for the 24th! We even have started to teach her Granddaughter who is interested in learning more. What A Week!

It was Christmas of course and I hope you all had a great Christmas I know j did(: The calls home were good and also all your Christmas greetings were greatly appreciated thank you(:     We had all our appointments fall through on the night of Christmas which I mean hey to be expected I guess. No worries there though we kept on working and are seeing the blessings there from that. We had to push our baptisms from last Saturday to this Saturday since there was lots of stress and such happening in the family. We want their baptism to be a stress free and good experience so we are excited for them this week.     We also picked up a new person who us really progressing. Its actually Yedis friend!! Yedi our recent convert has been telling is good friend about this amazing gospel. We went over to teach her and she is so amazing. Her name is Joslyn and she is so ready. She is very receptive to our lessons and is on date for baptism on the 26th of January!! We are so excited...

Quarantine Life

Hey Everyone hope you're staying safe and healthy! This virus certainly has taken the world by surprise but have no fear The Prophet of God is here!!     I love President Russell M. Nelson he is truly our Prophet here on the earth. This past week we had the amazing opportunity to hear from him and many other of the apostles of the church in General Conference. It was amazing we got to learn alot about the Restoration of the Gospel. Being the bicentennial of Joseph Smiths First Vision and really the Church being restored on the earth!
