Pinedale

It has been another great week here in Wonderful Wyoming, the work is going great we have had lots going on which is great. Always a blessing to be busy that's for sure haha. I really have enjoyed being here in Kemmerer it has been great! There are so many great people out here which is always great. Plus i have been here for sometime now and that has been nice because I have been able to make these pretty awesome relationships with people.

 

 

Today we went Golfing again so that was fun I always look forward to that. We also went and played basketball this morning so that was great. It has been a while since ive played so it was nice to be back in the gym. so that was pretty much our day today.

 

 

We had a busy week with exchanges being this week. We had them on Thursday till Saturday so I was up in Pinedale for that time which was nice to have a change of scenery. It is quite a bit different than Kemmerer. Just a lot more trees and green so that was nice. The weather this week was not so good to be honest it was super cold and rainy and these past few days have been beautiful and warm which has been nice. But the exchanges went well it was also nice to talk with some new people. I got to be with Elder Boxall again for one of the two exchanges so that was nice to be reunited with him again. It is crazy to look back and see where we were in the MTC so that was fun.

 

 

Sunday was way cool!! We had some super cool sacrament meetings and stuff. We had a member we have been working with and helping prepare for a mission give a talk in church before she leaves on Wednesday so that is super exciting. It was a great talk! Crazy that she's going out already but hey time fly's. Had someone we are teaching just surprise us and come to church like woah that was awesome. We got a text like hey he's at church and we were like Uhh... And like bolted out to see him haha that was fun. Sunday we ran around alot. Which was nice.

 

 

Overall the week just was great we got lots done and got to help out lots of people which was great. It definitely zoomed on by. Seems like the weeks keep on doing that. Crazy. Sorry this update wasn't as indepth but I'll do better next week. Hope you all had a great week!

Scavenger Hunt

This was another great week here in Kemmerer Wyoming! We've been real busy all week. Tina is on date for this Saturday and man we are super excited. We spent some good time teaching and talking with her this week. She's way excited to which is super cool. It'll be a great week getting all that organized and ready. So that'll be keeping us busy this week.     We had a really cool activity on Wednesday with the youth! We all did a big service scavenger hunt around the area. It was lots of fun. We got to know more of the people around and just help people out. We even got to know some of the youth which was great.      We really are trying to work with them and help them prepare for missions! Let's see we also had some really good lessons with Diana. She is doing amazing. She really has just grown to love the Gospel and she is super ready for the 24th! We even have started to teach her Granddaughter who is interested in learning more. What A Week!

It was Christmas of course and I hope you all had a great Christmas I know j did(: The calls home were good and also all your Christmas greetings were greatly appreciated thank you(:     We had all our appointments fall through on the night of Christmas which I mean hey to be expected I guess. No worries there though we kept on working and are seeing the blessings there from that. We had to push our baptisms from last Saturday to this Saturday since there was lots of stress and such happening in the family. We want their baptism to be a stress free and good experience so we are excited for them this week.     We also picked up a new person who us really progressing. Its actually Yedis friend!! Yedi our recent convert has been telling is good friend about this amazing gospel. We went over to teach her and she is so amazing. Her name is Joslyn and she is so ready. She is very receptive to our lessons and is on date for baptism on the 26th of January!! We are so excited...

Quarantine Life

Hey Everyone hope you're staying safe and healthy! This virus certainly has taken the world by surprise but have no fear The Prophet of God is here!!     I love President Russell M. Nelson he is truly our Prophet here on the earth. This past week we had the amazing opportunity to hear from him and many other of the apostles of the church in General Conference. It was amazing we got to learn alot about the Restoration of the Gospel. Being the bicentennial of Joseph Smiths First Vision and really the Church being restored on the earth!
