Easter Sunday

We certainly had a busy one filled with church and amazing people. We went to two wards which was great and there was lots of good singing and talks on Jesus Christ. We even had Zach, someone we are teaching come to church which was so amazing and just made me happy to see him. We then had dinner with on of our bishops which was delicious. Met his family and had lots of food!! Rest of the day was good we made some good contacts and met some cool people.

 

 

 

Eariler in the week we had our zone conference which was great... Kinda... I was really not feeling good earlier in the week so zone conference was rough but there was some good messages from what I could take down. So a majority of the week has been recovering from that sickness which wasn't the most fun but we made through.

 

 

Today's been a great day we had a zone activity which was lots of fun we all got together and played some basketball and volleyball which was great its always nice to be able to play a good game of ball. The week overall has been pretty busy right now we are really working closely with the Martinez Family. They are all preparing for baptism on the 27th of April so that's this week and man we are excited for them. They have been preparing for a while now and we feel that they are gonna be ready for this Saturday. Lots of what this week will be is going over and finishing teaching them and making sure all is well. We actually have a lesson tonight so we are so excited!!

 

 

Transfers are coming up next week which is very exciting it is very likely that I'll be moving to a new area which is good and bad. I've been really enjoying serving here but it may be time for a new change which is okay too. I've really gotten to know the people here well and I'm greatful for the relationships that I've been able to build this definitely will forever be my first area and a well known area(:

 

 

Well next week we will have some big news hopefully we will have the amazing opportunity to see the Martinez Family get baptized and we will see where I'll be going to next on this amazing mission. Hope you all had a great Easter weekend and that you have a good week a head!

Scavenger Hunt

This was another great week here in Kemmerer Wyoming! We've been real busy all week. Tina is on date for this Saturday and man we are super excited. We spent some good time teaching and talking with her this week. She's way excited to which is super cool. It'll be a great week getting all that organized and ready. So that'll be keeping us busy this week.     We had a really cool activity on Wednesday with the youth! We all did a big service scavenger hunt around the area. It was lots of fun. We got to know more of the people around and just help people out. We even got to know some of the youth which was great.      We really are trying to work with them and help them prepare for missions! Let's see we also had some really good lessons with Diana. What A Week!

It was Christmas of course and I hope you all had a great Christmas I know j did(: The calls home were good and also all your Christmas greetings were greatly appreciated thank you(:     We had all our appointments fall through on the night of Christmas which I mean hey to be expected I guess. No worries there though we kept on working and are seeing the blessings there from that. We had to push our baptisms from last Saturday to this Saturday since there was lots of stress and such happening in the family. We want their baptism to be a stress free and good experience so we are excited for them this week.     We also picked up a new person who us really progressing. Its actually Yedis friend!! Yedi our recent convert has been telling is good friend about this amazing gospel. We went over to teach her and she is so amazing. Her name is Joslyn and she is so ready. She is very receptive to our lessons and is on date for baptism on the 26th of January!! We are so excited...

Quarantine Life

Hey Everyone hope you're staying safe and healthy! This virus certainly has taken the world by surprise but have no fear The Prophet of God is here!!     I love President Russell M. Nelson he is truly our Prophet here on the earth. This past week we had the amazing opportunity to hear from him and many other of the apostles of the church in General Conference. It was amazing we got to learn alot about the Restoration of the Gospel. Being the bicentennial of Joseph Smiths First Vision and really the Church being restored on the earth!
